Status: offline 		I use my balancer every time i charge useing my Astro 109 sometimes i will charge my Batteries in a Bulletprooof Ammo box my Question is should i not leave the balancer on hours after the charging is done?

Status: offline 		if the LEDs are blinking away constantly, pack is still being balanced. Once in a while, pack is pretty much balanced. LED's off, the 205 has quit balancing. Balancing every charge the pack shouldn't take long to balance out, usually within a couple minutes of end of charge, certainly not hours, unless you have a bad cell causing an out of balance condition.
